The objective of organizing SPREE is to allow our customers to have a wider selection of products, particularly those that we do not have stock on hand.

How does this benefit the buyers?
Firstly, the items are priced much more affordably as the buyer is required to make payment upfront, thus reducing the stress on our working capital.
Secondly, administrative charge is waived for purchase above a pre-determined amount.
Thirdly, payment is in 2 parts – First part on cost of purchase & administrative fee (where applicable) and second part, on shipping charges, only when the products arrive.
Lastly, which is the most important point, we select suppliers that are able to provide high quality and value-for-money products.

The only set-back to this system is the delivery time as it will take a tad longer as there is a cut-off date, payment date and the shipping will depend on seasonal change too.

a. How to place order?

Step 1: Email your order to us, listing the product code, size and quantity. We will get back to you on stock availability via email or phone ASAP.
Step 2: After you submit your order, you will receive a confirmation from us. In it, the items purchased, administrative charge (where applicable) and the mode of payment will be shown.
Step 3: Make payment!
Step 4: After you have made the payment, please inform us via email or sms.
Step 5: If you did not follow-up on the payment within 3 days after you receive the sales confirmation from us, transaction will be cancelled.
Step 6: Your order is only confirmed after we receive your payment (part 1).
Step 7: We will proceed to place the order after we consolidate the orders.

When the goods arrive
Step 8: We will inform the buyers within 3 working days and confirm the shipping cost (shipping mode as stated in Step 2).
Step 9:  Buyer must make the payment (part 2) within 3 days and inform us via email or sms once it is done.
Step 10: We will pack the goods for shipping or for customer to self-collect.

Do note that if the buyer fails to pays for the shipping cost or fails to self-collect the goods within 14 days, we reserve the right to dispose of the merchandise in any way we deem fit.

There will be no refund in such cases.

2.  Information On Products

i. Sometimes, the actual item may differ from the picture provided. Pictures of the actual items will be supplied on the website for your viewing if available. Where actual pictures are not provided, the items will be as per shown in the picture.
Colors of items may differ slightly due to the color resolution of different computers.

ii. Sizes of the clothes mentioned are as per tagged on the items themselves. Sometimes, the sizes might differ from local sizes. Thus, measurements are provided for your reference.

iii. Measurements shown:-
In inches - Measurements are taken flat and one side only.
In cm - Measurements are taken in full.

We, at E-Shoppinghouse are doing our best to display and provide the measurements and size of clothes as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that the measurements provided will fit you to the exact.

3.Shipping & Returns
All shipping/postage/courier will be at buyer’s cost. 
Buyers will be informed when the items are despatched. 
Tracking number will be provided where available.

i. Local Shipping
There are 3 modes of local shipping available.

  1. Normal mail – Most economical but buyer will bear the risk if package is lost in mail
  2. Registered mail – Only S$2.50 on top of normal postage and package will be delivered to your door-step
  3. Speedpost/Courier – Fastest and safest but cost more

ii. Overseas Shipping
We do ship to overseas. You can enquire on estimated overseas postage with contact@e-shoppinghouse.com before you complete your order with us.

Note:
We seek your kind understanding in that we will not be responsible in the case of lost normal local mails or normal overseas mails/parcels. Please do ensure that your mailing address is correct to minimize the chances of lost mail or delivery to the wrong address. Thus, registered mails/parcels are strongly encouraged!!!

Based on our past experience, not everything is advisable to be sent via mail, especially fragile items, liquids, etc.  We will not be responsible if any item is damaged or confiscated by the post office.

Therefore, we will advise on the best mode of delivery during order confirmation.

iii.  Meet-up Collection
Meet-up collection is available at Toa Payoh Lor 8.  E-Shoppinghouse reserves the right to decide on date/time.

Return / Refund Policy
All goods once sold are not refundable, returnable or exchangeable.
We will ensure that the goods are in good condition before mailing them out.

We will only make refund under the following circumstances:-

  1. Item is out of stock; or
  2. Wrong item delivered; or
  3. Item is damaged when it reached us.

For payments received via Internet Banking and through ATM, amount to be refunded shall not exceed the value when order was placed. 
For payment received through PayPal, amount refunded will not include the 5% transaction fee and the transaction fee levied on the receipient’s account.

We will not entertain any request for compensation due to non-performance.

iv.  Return Mails
In the event where the mail is returned, due to wrong address, etc., the buyer must bear the mailing charge for it to be mailed again.

Please inform us once payment has been done and include an underwriting of the Order ID, your email, full name, contact number and most importantly, your address in your correspondence and bank transaction id to help us expedite your shipping.

b. Credit card payment via Paypal
We accept credit card payments via PayPal for all orders. All orders paid using PayPal will be invoiced in SGD Dollars. Upon receipt of PayPal payment, we will receive notification directly from PayPal.

A Transaction Fee of 5% on total will apply.
