STORE PICK-UP

We welcome our customers to arrange for self-collection from our location at Blk 147 Bishan Street 11. All pick-ups are by appointment only as we do not run a shop front. We regret for any inconvenience caused if any customer come to our place without prior confirmation that we are around and had to leave empty handed due to that we are out for errands. We only accept payment in CASH or pre-payment (electronic transfer) for self-collection.

LOCAL/OVERSEAS DELIVERY/SHIPPING

For local and overseas customers who require shipping by mail/courier, all shipping cost and fees levied by banks/agents will be borne by the customer. We accept payments by local bank transfer, telegraphic transfer and Paypal. We will confirm the total cost before payment and products will only be shipped upon receipt of full payment. Parcel tracking numbers will be provided where available. For overseas customers, we regret that we are not able to ship fluid products (eg. lubricants, additives, etc.) outside of Singapor by regular air parcel. Surface shipping may be available for certain countries but will take a longer time to reach its destination and it is very expensive to use shippers like DHL, Fedex, etc. for heavy merchandise.
